Philosophy

Therapy is not solely for people with Mental Illness, it is also for those who want to embark on a journey of self-discovery to live a better life.

First Session

During initial sessions, we delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps clients get their life back. Most clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.

A firm believer in the power to change, she is particularly appreciated by her clients for her ability to listen without judgment. If you need one-on-one counselling session from the comfort of your home then feel free to reach out.
