Philosophy

“As humans, we carry stories within us—stories that shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world. Often, these narratives are woven from early experiences and, over time, can restrict our potential for growth. I believe in gently unraveling these stories, helping my clients reconnect with their emotional and spiritual selves to foster healing, resilience, and meaningful transformation.”

First Session

In our first session, we’ll spend time exploring what has brought you to therapy, as well as your goals, values, and any challenges you’re currently facing. I’ll work with you to build a clear sense of direction and will suggest initial strategies we can try to begin addressing your goals. By the end of the session, we should have an idea of what we want to do in therapy, why we’re here, and how we can work well together. We are in doing this process together, and you are the main change maker in this process, so let’s discover and get to work.
